The neighbourhood

In the Sacromonte, facing the Alhambra

The Sacromonte is the neighbourhood of cave houses, prickly pears, cobbled lanes and flamenco zambra. The house faces south-west, towards the Alhambra and the Generalife across the Darro valley.

On foot, the Albayzín is 10 minutes away, the Cathedral 20 and the Alhambra 25. The C34 bus stops about 40 metres from the door and takes you to Plaza Nueva or the city centre.

  • We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cave house in the Sacromonte! The views are absolutely spectacular and the location is special, with a bus stop nearby that makes getting around much easier. […] Our children loved the experience of staying in a cave.

  • A unique and charming place to stay in an original cave house. Beautiful views of the Alhambra from the roof terrace and lots of thoughtful touches, like cold drinks in the fridge.

  • Spectacular location. I loved having coffee in the morning on the patio, looking out at the beautiful scenery and the Alhambra. A very well-equipped apartment and a kitchen with lovely touches like snacks and local guides. Staying in a cave is a unique and unforgettable experience!
